Supplementary Notes 

    Inman & Carney (1987, AJ 93, 1166) published a
     BV color-magnitude diagram which had no giant 
     or HB stars.  Its brightest stars are post-main
     sequence subgiants. They concluded that AM4 is an 
     unusually faint, low-mass object. It could be
     a globular cluster similar to M3 in age and 
     metal abundance.
     
     Carraro (2009, AJ 137, 3809) obtained BVI photometry
     that confirmed this. The cluster is tidally distorted
     and could be "an almost dissolved cluster" of extragalactic 
     origin.
